bazilescu park, Bucharest, Romania

The client wanted a case-study for some cost-efficient, prefabricated houses for young families. The aim of the design was to find a structure flexible enough to acomodate diffrent variations, fit in most typical plots in bucharest and also to have a fresh, distinctive look. The structure of the house was metalic, the beams and columns were moduled for maximum efficency while the exterior was made of ‘sandwich’ panels with differnt finishes. The interior walls were cardbord, with wooden and ceramic floorings. The house could have been installed in place in less then  two months and with a minimum ‘wet’ procedures.
